-4 pounds (15.4 total)
-1 inch on the chest (2.5 total)
-1 inch waist (2 total)
-.5 on hips (1 total)
-.25 on quad (-1 total)
-1.2% total bodyfat / Muscle mass stable
Why am I always wishing for more? I’m happy, don’t get me wrong. Do you know how easy it would be to stand here today and be 15 pounds heavier than I am right now? It would have been so easy to put off this diet. I didn’t though. Here’s to progress!!
